Kedron started as a flood remediation after the 2022 floods and became a dream front extension. It was a lot of back and forth with the authorities as it consisted if many constraints including flood overlay and Small lot. We succeeded in coing up with a beaultiful design that complemented the site. with addition of our landscape design to complement the extension.

Rachael and Gavin came to me with dreams of extending their Zillmere cottage with additional indoor and outdoor spaces. We designed a sweeping front deck with flyover roof to give the ceiling a lift that they didn't have with the original front porch. We also extended out the back to create a new entrance to the rear bedroom, bathroom and multipurpose space. to finish it of we designed a double carport and pool area to the existing frontage.

Woolloongabba Heritage
The clients initially came to me as returning to Brisbane after many years in Sydney. The wanted to not only raise the house but extend the rear to a deck and eventually build under. After an initial consultation it was revealed to not only be in the Norman creek flood zone but also a constrained by a character overlay as it was a pre-1911 house. we worked with the clients to create something that both statisfied what they needed for their growing family while also being sympathetic to it's past. Currently the house has been raised and now has a beautiful outdoor entertainers deck, the client is hoping to revisit in future for the build under.

Brookefield Grand Granny Flat
Working in conjunction with the Builder to create a granny flat for the aging mother of a client we succeeded in making a luxurious one bed accessible design with full kitchen in 63sqm footage that compliments the original house
